Can I add my own welcome message?
You may upload your own welcome message by logging into your Cloud Telephony portal.
- Go to Admin > Announcements
- Add Announcement and upload your desired file. The system supports both "wav" and "mp3" formats under 10MB.
To assign your Welcome message:
- Go to Incoming numbers > Welcome Message
- Select the desired number you wish to apply the message to.
- Browse to select your uploaded audio file.
