Can I change my hold music?
You can upload your own Hold Music by logging into the Cloud Telephony portal.
- Go into Admin > Hold Music > Add Music
- Upload your desired file. The system supports both "wav" and "mp3" formats under 10MB.
- Ensure the audio is ticked under where it says 'Enabled'.
This audio will now be played automatically when a caller is on hold.
