Can I change my hold music?

You can upload your own Hold Music by logging into the Cloud Telephony portal.

  1. Go into Admin > Hold Music > Add Music
  2. Upload your desired file. The system supports both "wav" and "mp3" formats under 10MB.
  3. Ensure the audio is ticked under where it says 'Enabled'. 

This audio will now be played automatically when a caller is on hold.
