Yes, this is available on our Cloud Telephony service.
- You will need an IVR menu set up.
- Set one of your IVR menu options to route to an option where the caller can enter the extension number for the user, they would like to speak to. As seen below:
When the set up is completed, your callers will be prompted to press this new option on your IVR and dial the extension.
