How to access call recordings in Cloud Telephony

A step-by-step guide on how to access your cloud telephony call recordings using the My Windsor portal. Follow these steps if you need support in accessing call recordings.

Here are the steps: 

  1. Login to the My Windsor Portal :

  2. Click 'Menu' button on the top left.
     
  3. Click 'Cloud Telephony Portal':

  4. Once you are logged in, click ‘Reports’ on the left menu: 
     

  5. Click 'Call Recordings':

  6. You will be presented with the following screen where you can see all your call recordings:  Graphical user interface, application

  7. Here, you can filter recordings by month;

    or by day:
    Calendar

  8. Once you've filtered your selection, you can now play or delete your selected call recording.

  9. You can also download the list of call recordings for your selected month or date by clicking 'Download as .zip'. This will download a zip file of all your selected recordings.
