How do I record my calls?
Call recording is an additional chargeable feature to our Cloud Telephony solution.
If you would like to discuss adding Call Recording onto your current package then feel free to contact your Account Manager or call us on 0800 160 1111.
Once you have Call recording setup, you can set it to 'Always' or 'On-demand'. The 'On-demand' feature allows you to toggle call recording on and off, by dialling *1, during a call. Call recording will be automatically turned off until toggled on during a call.
