How to access the PBX portal
The PBX Portal enables you to configure your system and view call reports.
- To access the portal, simply log in to the My Windsor Portal (https://my.windsor-telecom.co.uk) using your Windsor Telecom account login details.
- Once logged in, navigate to 'My Product' > 'My Cloud Telephony'.
- Simply then click the 'PBX Portal' button.
This will then take you to the PBX Portal where you can then make your desired changes.
