How to access the PBX portal

The PBX Portal enables you to configure your system and view call reports.

  1. To access the portal, simply log in to the My Windsor Portal ( using your Windsor Telecom account login details.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to 'My Product' > 'My Cloud Telephony'.
  3. Simply then click the 'PBX Portal' button. 

This will then take you to the PBX Portal where you can then make your desired changes.
