How to create a new queue in Call Manager Plus

  1. Login to the My Windsor portal
  2. Click on My Products > My Cloud Telephony. This will redirect you to the new My Windsor portal.
  3. Click the cloud icon Cloud from the menu on the left   
  4. Select 'Call Manager Plus'
  5. Under 'Users' tab, go to 'Manage Queues' click on three dot icon Menu
  6. Select 'Add Queue'.
  7. Select the Extension you wish to assign the queue to and then name the queue.

Create queue

You are now ready to assign users to a Queue.
