How to create a wallboard and assign a queue
- Within Call Manager Plus, click on the three dots in the task bar.
- Then select "Add Wallboard"
- You can now name your Wallboard and click "Submit".
- Your wallboard is now live and will appear within Call Manager Plus. You will now need to assign call queues in order for the wallboard to display results. Do this by clicking "0" by the wallboard name.
- Click "Assign Queues"button.
Your queue is now assigned. You can customise the colours and thresholds of the Wallboard.
