Whisper Audio Accept gives you the option to accept or reject the call. Eg. “Incoming call for 0800, press 1 to accept or 2 to reject”. If you press 1 then you will be connected, pressing 2 will move the caller on to the next part of the call plan.
Open your call plan, click to add technology and select the Divert box.
Tick the box in Whisper Settings to enable the feature. Tick the new box called Whisper Accept
Add the audio file the same as the instructions for a whisper audio but remember your audio should tell the call handler to press 1 to accept or 2 to reject the call. Click Save.
Don’t forget to SAVE the overall plan once you are finished to active the changes.
