How to set up or edit a call plan

If you wish to setup or edit a call plan, or check current configuration on a particular phone number, navigate to Numbers on my.windsor-telecom.co.uk and click on the phone number you wish to view.

To amend features to your selected call plan, click directly on a feature to view options.

To add new features use the "click to add technology' button.

All the technology that you have available will show on the pop up below. If you find that any of these are greyed out, contact your client manager and they will be able to discuss an upgrade with you. 

Select the technology feature that you want to use in the call plan and edit the settings according to your needs.
