How to set up a Multi-Divert

This feature allows your phone number to ring up to either 3 or 10 pre-set target numbers (depending on what feature you have activated). You can set the length of time this feature tries to connect with each target.

Open your call plan and select 'click to add technology' then select 'Divert'

Enter in your first target. If you have the multiple divert feature activated, then 'Add a new target' button will be available for you. It will add in extra lines for you to add in more target numbers. 

Remember to save your updated plan.

TIP: Be aware of using mobile numbers with this technology as the mobile answer phone can activate and take the call.
