How to set up missed call alerts

Once a customer calls your number, we record the inbound CLI (the caller’s phone number) when available. If the call is unanswered or does not connect we immediately email you the caller's phone number so you can call them back.

To use it, once it has been activated on your account, simply load your call plan as normal and click on the Manage button:

You will see a section here for Missed Call Alerts. Click on the Add a new recipient and enter in the email addresses you wish to receive the alert. You can enter up to 3 email addresses: 

Don’t forget to SAVE the overall plan once you are finished to active the changes.
