This is an advanced version of Special Days that allows you to set up call routing plans for specific dates & times of the year. This feature has more control over how special dates determine where your plan is routed.
Like Special Days this feature needs to be added to the top of your call plan. So open your call plan and either double click on the green line or Click to Add Technology.
Then select the feature Special Days Plus.
Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up box to add all the call routes you need, naming them accordingly. E.g. Staff Training
The default route needs to be your normal everyday call route so just call this “Normal”. This is the route your call plan will follow when it's not one of your special day dates:
Once you have created all your required routes then scroll back to the top of the box to the events section – this is your Special Day. You can set the name, date range and then select the route it should take.
If you have multiple training days, then you can simply add more date ranges under one event. Click SAVE on this box once finished.
This will take you back to the call plan. You can use the drop down option shown below to select each Special Days route to customise.
Click to add technology under each branch and build the appropriate plan. Don’t forget to SAVE the overall plan once you are finished to active the changes.
