How to set up VIP Routing

This feature allows you to prioritise your top clients when they call you.

Open your call plan, click to add technology and choose VIP Routing

This will open the form below. 

Enter the CLI of your VIP caller(s) in the white box and click Save.

This will take you back to your call plan

Two call routes have been created under VIP Routing. If the caller is a VIP customer, then they will follow the path on the left-hand side under the VIP icon.  If they are not a VIP, they will follow the path on the right side under the Green arrow.  

Click to add technology under each branch and build the appropriate call plan. 

Remember to SAVE your call plan.
