How to switch extensions
- If you have access to multiple extensions, you can switch between them by clicking on the Settings button
, which is in the top right-hand corner located next your extension number. It will then bring you to the screen below:
- Click on “Default Caller ID”, your extension number options will appear.
- Select the extension number that you wish to receive call on. When making outbound calls, you’ll do this through the extension you have selected.
