If you have an active firewall, you will need to ensure that the below IP addresses are whitelisted from your devices in order for our Cloud Telephony service to work.

SIP Port: 5065 (UDP)
Media Ports: 1024-65534 (UDP)
Please note this is not an all-inclusive list and some of our apps may require other ports to be available
