Choose a number that converts an incoming fax into a PDF document. The PDF will be automatically attached to an email and sent direct to your inbox, ready to read, forward to your colleagues or store securely on your network.
Login to your portal, hover over My Products and select My Fax.
This will open the inbox for all faxes you have received and where you can send a fax from.
On the left-hand side, change between the Inbox and Send sections.
The Inbox section will display all faxes you have received, and you will be able to re-open them at any time and download the file as a pdf to print if required. Faxes are stored on your portal for 30 days.
If you want to change the email address that receives the faxes, simply click Fax To Email Settings.
Here you can change the email address or enter extra ones to receive the fax, click Activate once complete to save your new settings.
If you would like to send a fax, simply click Send.
You are able to capture your details, the recipient’s details, add and attach the document you want to fax. Click Send.
Once you have sent the fax, you can check its status to ensure it has been sent successfully by clicking on Sent on the left-hand menu. All sent faxes will be stored here for you so you have a record of them.
