I wish to port my number, but it belongs to another company

You may have an existing business or mobile number with an existing supplier or is owned by another company and want to move it to Windsor Telecom.

If you wish to port a business number, you will need to complete the porting form which needs to be signed by the owner of the number.

If you do not own the number that you wish to port, then you will need to get the form signed by the person who does own it, and include written permission stating that they are allowing you to port the number across to your account with Windsor Telecom.

Our Customer Service team will need to confirm whether the number is stand alone or part of a range of numbers before proceeding with the number port.
