Linking your Cloud Telephony extensions to SSO

Find out how to link your user extensions on Cloud Telephony with SSO (single sign-on).

  1. Login to My Windsor portal
  2. Click on My Products > My Cloud Telephony
    You will then be directed to the new portal.
  3. Click on cloud icon Cloud in the menu on the left of your screen.
  4. Click 'Extensions'. 
    You will see a list of all your extensions within your account. 
  5. Click on the cog icon Cog and then 'Assign user'
  6. Enter your user's email address and click 'Assign'. Now repeat this for all the users in your list.
    If you have a number of users to setup, contact your account manager to arrange this.
The users will receive an email with instructions on how to login to Windsor Telecom browser extension and Windsor Phone applications.
