Find out how to link your user extensions on Cloud Telephony with SSO (single sign-on).
The users will receive an email with instructions on how to login to Windsor Telecom browser extension and Windsor Phone applications.
- Login to My Windsor portal
- Click on My Products > My Cloud Telephony
You will then be directed to the new portal.
- Click on cloud icon in the menu on the left of your screen.
- Click 'Extensions'.
You will see a list of all your extensions within your account.
- Click on the cog icon and then 'Assign user'
- Enter your user's email address and click 'Assign'. Now repeat this for all the users in your list.
If you have a number of users to setup, contact your account manager to arrange this.
