Setting up multiple profiles

This feature allows you to set up multiple call routes if you have different routing requirements on a regular basis, such as the need for multiple staff routes if they take calls on different days, a snow day route, a Monday route, a Tuesday route etc. 

Open up your call plan and click to add technology and choose Profiles. You can create up to 25 call plan profiles and then click Save. 

You can now use the drop-down option shown below to select each profile and create the call plan for each profile as shown in how to add individual features.
