What is Callback request?

Call back request allows customers top have the option to request a call back rather than waiting in a queue or wasting time on menu options.

For a queue, the Drop out option will need to be enabled. Within the audio it will need to advise the customer to press # to drop out of the queue to the call back feature.

An audio will be played to the customer requesting them to dial the number they wish to be called back on whether it is the number they are dialling from or a different number. This request can be sent up to 3 email addresses.

This will be the same for the menu, however the menu audio will need to advise which menu option to select to enable the call back request feature.
