Why can't I dial International or Premium numbers?

International and Premium calling is disabled by default on all new Cloud Telephony accounts for security reasons. Any calls made to international numbers, before international calling has been enabled, will fail immediately and not connect.

If you would like to start making calls to International or Premium numbers from your account, we will need this request in writing, so feel free to send an email to our support on: support@windsor-telecom.co.uk and we will be happy to enable International and selected Premium number types for you.
