If you experience any issues in using the Windsor Phone app on your Android phone, follow the steps below.
Note: When completing the troubleshooting, you will need to log back into your Windsor SSO account, ensure you have these details available.
- On your Home screen of your phone, click and hold down the Windsor Phone app icon for a few seconds. A pop up box will open up where you'll need to select the (i) or information icon.
On older versions of Android, this may not work. You may need to navigate to Settings > Apps > Windsor Phone.
- Within App info, select Storage under Usage.
- Select both Clear Cache and Clear Data options at the bottom of your screen.
- You can now open up Windsor Phone app and login with your account details.
